Fighting Parkinson’s with Strength and Community

Welcome to Punch Out Parkinson's

We are more than just a program, we are a community. At Punch Out Parkinson’s, we provide free boxing, fitness, and social programs to anyone living with Parkinson’s disease. But our mission goes beyond fitness; we are building a supportive space where individuals affected by Parkinson’s, both directly and indirectly, can come together, connect, and uplift one another.

Parkinson’s can be isolating, but here, no one fights alone. Whether you're looking to train, make friends, or volunteer, you are welcome. Punch Out Parkinson’s isn’t just a workout; it’s a true community center where we fight back against Parkinson’s together.

Join us, get involved, and be part of something bigger. You belong here.

Caregiver Support

Being the primary caregiver for a loved one can take a toll. It can lead to social isolation, feelings of loneliness, depression and exhaustion and while our program specifically helps participants with the mental and physical aspect of living with Parkinson's, it also provides respite for the caregiver, as well as a chance to meet other caregivers. But there is a community organization that takes Caregiver support to another level. Brella Community Services Society has been supporting the community for over 40 years. Their Caregiver Support Program is one of the best. For more information, please check them out at Dementia and Caregiver Services - BRELLA - Community Services Society
